Rooms are avraige need new pillows. Cost 85 a night which honestly I think is a little high in price for the rooms. They are not all the same size one of the rooms is the size of a storage and is still 85 the only nice thing in the room is a flat screen so I feel we're paying off the TV's for them no ice machine no laundry room vending machine no special amenities. No rewards program if you are a continuous guests no microwave no free coffee no nothing and for the area it is high way robbery for what they are charging a night for The room.

Very enjoyable. Very clean. Reasonably priced. Great Service. Exceptional Staff. Cowboy Coffee is really nice. A great place to hang out if you are staying at the Inn or from the area. Cold filtered water available for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place. Parking is a little crowded but rooms are remodeled with taste. I like owners that take pride in ownership. These smaller motels always scare me you never know what you're getting into but I can safely say this place exceeded my expectations. Service was great.
